The history of our company

No future without a past

Our roots reach as far as back to the year 1950.

At that time, Egon Vogel, the father of Lutz Vogel – the current owner of sero – founded the painting company “Schrift & Anstrich”.

In 1990, Lutz Vogel took over his father's business and developed it into a craft business with today 75 employees, which - in contrast to the original painting business - offers all trades relating to the renovation and renovation of buildings.

In order to make this expansion of the range clear to the outside world, the original company name “Schrift & Anstrich” was changed to sero in 2011.

It all began in 1950 with the painting of vehicles and the creation of Cinema advertising.
In 1958, the font painting business was expanded to include the painting business and had five employees and one apprentice.
In 1980 we had 15 employees and were called “Schrift & Anstrich Vogel”.
